PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Rose Bedel
Rose is a psychotherapist specializing in supporting individuals facing health-related challenges and psychological well-being concerns.
She holds a Master’s degree in Medical and Health Psychology from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. She works with adults in a supportive, confidential, and professional therapeutic setting.
Her approach is based on recognized frameworks such as person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches, offering a space for listening and support tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
Rose is particularly committed to supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses or health-related issues, helping them better understand and regulate the emotional dimensions associated with their condition, and to develop sustainable coping strategies in daily life.
She also works with individuals experiencing periods of stress, anxiety, identity-related questions, or significant life transitions, such as career changes or expatriation journeys.
A French expatriate who grew up in Germany, studied in the Netherlands, and began her career in Spain, Rose has a particular sensitivity to intercultural issues and international mobility experiences. She offers therapy in French, English, and German, in a respectful, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment.
The services provided are part of a non-medical psychotherapeutic framework and do not replace medical, psychiatric, or regulated psychological care when such care is required.
