Baby Osteopath
A baby osteopath is a healthcare professional trained to support newborns from birth. Using gentle manual techniques, they help relieve physical tension caused by childbirth or the intrauterine environment, promoting the baby’s healthy development. A difficult delivery (forceps, cesarean, cord around the neck) or constrained position in the womb can leave invisible but real tensions in the baby’s body.
At Aliantis, a multidisciplinary health center in Sitges (near Barcelona), the baby osteopath takes a global and caring approach. Each session is held in a calm, reassuring environment and is fully adapted to the baby’s needs. The practitioner observes, listens, and performs gentle, precise gestures to correct imbalances.
